Continuing male from this morning. Very cool looking with black plumage and bright orange bill. Originally seen off of the old boat ramp for a bit with 2 other birders, then it flew towards the ramps off of Perch Lane, where after viewing it there for about 15 minutes, it quickly and quite randomly lifted and flew and continued so out of sight around the tree line towards the direction of West Lake Park and never seen again.
