*Rare. A small gull with a very small bill, darker wings than the Ring-billeds, lots of dark streaking on the head. Separated from Common Gull by the relative amounts of white and black on the flight feathers (I am told; the first photo below is the one Tim Healy used to ID the bird on the GroupMe chat.) Seen and photographed by multiple observers; I will add my photos forthwith.
