觀察細節

Awesome birds! I was confused when I first saw them flying around because I had never seen anything like them before. (I heard them in NM last year, but never got eyes on them). Really energetic flight style with long tail. Flying pretty low, managed to get some poor quality iPhone video. Screenshots from the video attached. Seen from the main bus stop. I saw 3 simultaneously, but there could have been more than that total. Identified as Common Nighthawk based on time of year. I didn't have binoculars, and couldn't make out any plumage details.
