Thanks R Davis for fantastic directions description -- Found earlier, feeding in newly-planted grass just before the Basnight bridge fishing pier. Close view as it fed constantly. Easily noted the chestnut bend of the wing, streaked crown, grayish breast and upper belly, distinctive T tail pattern of black and white
