This could be the same bird I followed for several weeks during process of molting - now in nonbreeding plumage (last seen Sept 15, 2025: https://ebird.org/checklist/S273623161); Spotted first thing this morning perched for 15min in leafless elderberry - facing away at first then finally turned around after being annoyed by other birds; he did eventually move and I lost him; I’m hoping he’ll come to feeders…
