观察细节

A distant loon in a place we never get Loons had me trying to get a good look as I immediately thought Pacific based on shape and structure. The back was dark, uniform. The breast and throat white, neat and framed by the dark sides to the neck. The bill wasn't big nor held angled up in the brief views I got but photos say different so best placed here. While reviewing the photos I lost it. It was fluffing so may have left.
