First noticed this bird a little over 2 hours ago. Reported earlier this morning as incidental as chanced to see it when I looked out the back window and noticed at big shape in our willow. Have been watching it off and on since and at this reporting went out to photograph it. Though encountered a lot of bird activity on a neighborhood walk just prior to this reporting, all was quiet in our back yard as I observed the owl.
