Continuing 1st state record found yesterday by Hans Holbrook, relocated this morning roosted in a tree with DCCOs below the dam near the pylons. Flew upriver at 7:55am (ET). Large, heavy-bodied immature cormorant with whitish belly, extensively white chin, thick grayish bill, and yellow facial skin/gular. Poor digis, one flight photo. TN #337
