Sparrow with streaked breast. Bold white eye ring. Strong white moustache that wraps around bird's dark-edged auriculars with a noticeable white notch in auriculars. Noticeable white outer tail feathers. Similar to Savannah Sparrow but with bolder eye ring, rounder head, white outer tail feathers and lacking prominent supercilium existent in Savannahs. See photos.
