SBIG/RBGU. Feel better about 1st cycle RBGU given white rump contrasting with black terminal band, Brown scaling in gray scapulara, white axiliaries on open wing. No pale windows in primaries that doesn't necessarily rule out 2nd cycle SBIG but the short bill seems too thick and stocky for SBIG. Still not 100%. Could very easily be a weird SBIG with abnormally thick bill but I think RBGU is more likely.
