With flock of dozens of Dublin and one semipalm plover.. Identified as semipalmated sandpiper by two experienced local birders on iNaturalist. Smaller than Dublin. Shorter straighter bill. Per eider_gray “The wings are too short for the other dark legged Calidris.”
