Bird in the tangle of branches and vines was vocalizing. The audio recording is of that bird. Could only see that it had an eye ring and it was frequently bobbing/flicking tail. The second Acadian had me thinking it was a YBFC, but upon review of photos and asking for help from the PA Bird Community, determined it was also an Acadian - larger bill, pale throat.
