*rare, unexpected capture that took us several minutes to agree on. A bit lower in elevation than one might expect, which could be a consequence of El Friaje yesterday. Larger Elaenia superficially similar to both parvirostris and chiriquensis, but note slightly longer build, bright yellow mantle and flanks, whiter undersides, and more prominent crest.
