观察细节

*Rare in May in Middlesex county. Pretty bizarre. Just saw it when I was out walking. I wasn't birding, just getting some exercise. Saw it on the ground and immediately recognize it as an Evening Grosbeak. Hard to mistake, but... darker head, bright yellowish body, very prominent white on the wings, chunk light-colored bill. It was foraging on the ground on the side of the road, occasionally flying up into some of the younger trees. Appeared to be alone. - Latest record in May in Middlesex county in the past 10 years. - Only the third eBird record for Concord in May. Video attached.
