In brushy area with some goldenrod and vine tangles along Bound Brook Island road ~100 yards east of flooded, recently clear cut area. Large, distinctively-proportioned warbler with large pink legs and feet and large beak. Full gray-ish brown hood, extending from nape across breast, yellow belly and undertail coverts. Distinctive white donut eye ring. Walking on vines in undergrowth. Giving loud and emphatic, distinctive rising call note (recorded on phone).
