***continuing mega; found here after we followed a large flock of geese from the Northumberland fields that were heading in this direction. Very active today, splashing and bathing, at times turning upside down in the water. Fairly large brown goose, close in size to most of the CANGs, with bright orange legs; relatively long bill with extensive orange and sloping forehead, wedge-shaped forehead (vs TUBG); white line on flanks, contrasting white edging on tertials.
