Bird first seen flying downstream of the hydro building and along the cement weir. It then flew upstream of the hydro building where it had been seen earlier in the day and approached to within 10 feet of the wall we were viewing from. Noted solid bill (in contrast to the other sp of phararopes, and the light grey back - no streaking. Pictures taken.
