Примечания

Habitat: Equatorial/tropical forest Weather: Warm, moist, humid with rain storms. Some sun. The recordist initially categorized this as Phyllastrephus scandens. Recordist notes refer to this species. Recordist note: "I did only a small amount of playback with these birds but they responded quickly and appeared out of the undergrowth to "have a look" at me, before moving on again in the restless, tail spreading, chattering way they seem to have. They were very much attracted by the sound, however, and it was possible to hold them for a while with it. No noticeable change of pace. The birds moved restlessly through the undergrowth, but in fact, seemed to remain still when actually vocalizing individually. The group or flock moved through the undergrowth and up and down the branches of the trees, rapidly and restlessly, presumably searching for food.". Equipment Notes: Microphone: UK Made Campion DP6/M.
