Observation details

Continues nest building as reported yesterday by Victor and Ruben Stoll. I had some incredible photo opportunities watching it come and go. Prior to about 7am I only had one 5 second view of the bird as I searched up and down the canyon, but then it settled into a routine collecting grass and visiting the nest. A real cutie. The tail is sure looking ratty -- possibly from repeatedly entering the nest and spinning around. Milestone #700 ABA w/ Hawaii
