Observation details
*Uncommon but nearly annual at this location where it once formerly bred. Seen foraging at the base of the dam with distinctive bobbing motion. Thick, extensive white supercilium with whitish underparts and less dense streaking than Northern Waterthrush. Limited streaking on throat. Legs fairly bright pink. The bird paused multiple times to sing. Photos attached.
