Observation details

Juvenile bird molting into adult plumage. Large raptor with spiky crest, mostly dark crown but with remnants of pale juvenile plumage, streaked whiteish underside with rust-red adult plumage starting to be visible. Broad wings, short tail, dark back, very robust feet.
