Observation details
Two female-type birds, seen feeding regularly at one specific flowering plant at about 1700 m elevation, two curves past antenna alone Cerro Colorado Road. Very pale below, almost no central green tail feathers. Photos taken. **At first ID'd as Glow-throated Hummingbird for apparent very-limited overlap in range. Changed in April 2020 to Scintillant Hummingbird by recent study confirming differences in tail patterns.
