Observation details
Was expecting these as we had had one here last year during June. I was walking through a good section of salt marsh when one flew ahead of me. I had a hunch that it had flushed from a nest and incredibly I was right. The nest was just as I expected they would look like and was nearly invisible. Contained four eggs, one an apparent cowbird egg.
