Watched for about 15 minutes these birds feeding with large group of gulls, mostly Bonaparte. Winds were quite strong from southeast. Birds would make quick flaps and cruise low down then to curve up quite high and circle back and repeat, but flock of birds moving slowly further north. Eventually rain that was falling further out covered the area making birds not visble
