This image shows only the largest of the 4 groups of Cattle Egret arranged a few metres apart along the river bank. So essentially, this is a single roost site.

観察結果の詳細

The roost occupies the face of dense river-side shrubs on the East side of the Tiber River about 300 meters south of the rural osteria (restaurant). . Straggers were still ariving at 5 PM ,when it became too dark to make further photos. There were breaks between groups of egrets and photos were made (and counted) saparately of each group. This count is tentative and will be rechackd.
