Attached is a cropped frame from a video and a video showing the bird flip positions on its perch. It's tempting to label this as the Brown-throated subspecies, owing to the whitish supercilium, barring on flanks up to the shoulder, buffy or grayish throat, and very reddish wings and tail tone.
