Small buffy Bittern continuing in same location as yesterday, popped out about 12:19pm and stayed out for quite some time, photos. There were a couple squirrels that were chasing each other and ran quite close behind the Bittern. You can see the squirrel in one of the photos, and how the Bittern stretched its neck very long to change its appearance in response. And it continued with the little "shimmy" on shore most of the time, including before and after it hunted successfully for small fish (video address -- https://youtu.be/HZ5B4IqI53M -- no fancy editing done)
