Ongoing Sighting- I observed 2 chunkier birds amongst a large group of American Tree Sparrows. The birds were slightly smaller than a House Sparrow, with a brown cap and black and white on cheek, with some reduced black on throat. I observed them through my binocs but could not get a photo, I did record there songs which sounded higher pitched than a House sparrow in the field but it was windy, I will attach them. I ran the songs through Cornell's bird song ID software (BirdNet) to assist with ID and it gave 100% score to Eurasian Tree Sparrow. The birds were located at the end of a long row of Arbor Vitae shrubs between a gravel road and a plowed farm field.
