Continuing rarity. Small dark brown flycatcher with smudgy, speckled chest. White teardrop shaped eye ring. Seen by multiple people. Bird was out in the open on a bare branch, flew off about 5 minutes after I arrived. After a break of about 30 minutes the bird reappeared in the parking lot across the street. It moved around and then ended up in basically the same spot in the marsh. Pics to follow.
