Plump warbler with a long bill. Yellow head, bright yellow chin, yellow breast that became diffuse to white belly, flanks, undertail coverts. Bluish-gray coverts and tail. Located in elms along canal directly south of Paseo del Norte (loud with traffic) here (35.1823494, -106.6481411). Some photos for documentation. Observed many in North Carolina and Tennessee.
