観察結果の詳細

Spent about five minutes listening to and getting brief glimpses of two pair of CAGN in the buckwheat bushes over in the volcanic hills just west of golf course (34.086741°N, –117.787104). Quick visual ID showed right colors (no pix) ; calls more drawn out and lower pitch/less metallic than BGGN that is familiar in local foothills. Three successive calls recorded between aircraft takeoffs were also verified by Merlin as CAGN.
