Special thanks to Paul L. for helping me find this bird. Continuing bird, first viewed on the rocks near the oyster balls around 5:55am when it was light enough to start scanning, stayed there until around 6:15am when it took off and disappeared. Smaller than the nearby Forster's Terns, with black "earmuff" look. One field mark that was noticeable from the distance at which we viewed it was the darker leading edge of the wing, giving it an almost crescent look. Distant scope photo.
