Found earlier in the morning by Eric Johnson, with Beau Schaefer getting word out via Discord. I found the bird flycatching from driftwood on the middle of the beach. It made its way to the south end of the beach, where I left it. At various times it was perching on from driftwood, sand banks, signs, and oak trees. Yellow-bellied kingbird with relatively dark gray head and breast, strongly contrasting white chin, and white tip to the tail. Associating some of the time with two Eastern Kingbirds.
