After studying Tyler's photos and real time observation we are convinced that the flycatcher is a Least Flycatcher. We first noticed it foraging near the ground with a flock of Chipping Sparrows. The flycatcher was smaller then the Chipping Sparrows which is clearly shown in the photo with the Chipping Sparrow. The chest and throat were light colored which contrasted with the darker upper parts. The bill was small to medium with all yellow lower mandible. In the photo with the Chipping Sparrow the bright wing bars and contrasting wing panel can be seen. The crown was round and the primary wing projections were short. The eye ring was messy and in a later photo with better light when the bird was re-found the eye ring appeared thinner at the top. The tail does appear to be thin. We never heard the bird make any calls.
