A dozen Chimney swifts circling high above by 6:50pm. Approx 100 had gathered by 7:10pm, still circling high above. By 7:15pm more birds gathering with some now beginning to approach the chimney. By 7:18 birds were entering the chimney a few at a time. Between 7:20 and 7:24 birds were entering rapidly. Final stragglers entered the chimney around 7:25pm.
