Continuing bird. Gray-cheeked or Hepburn's subspecies (Coastal). Jim & Sharon Lind were there to point it out to me. Foraged on weed seeds along Penn Road both north and south of intersection. At one point, if flew in and foraged only 3-6 feet from me! I helped point it out to Peder Swingen and several others.
