Continuing. Refound by Kristy D. Very small buffy/brown heron with white and streaked underparts, slowly working the shoreline of a recessed Sawhill pond. I missed it in the morning while searching this exact same spot, which could be because it simply was out of view at the time or could have actually been in view but very hard to pick out with its shape-interrupted plumage pattern, small size, and slow-motion habits. The second video shows a remarkable foraging behavior.
