Shocker!!! Dad and I couldn't believe it. Right beside the road inside the woods a ways. I eventually purposely flushed it, both to be sure it could fly and to be sure it did not get hit by a car. It flew into the forest and I lost sight of it as it appeared to be headed for a perch about 50 ft up in a tree.
