**Very rare; Immature type, red bill and legs, larger than Bonaparte’s and different head shape. First seen flying upriver, immediately thought BHGU but views were too distant and brief to say for sure. Then the bird appeared behind me on the Big Timber Creek mudflats. Easy to confirm amongst the RBGUs. Gave great views occasionally landing less than 20 ft away on mudflats; Photos
