Lifer! Seen together at the south end of Playa Arica, first in flight and then perched on the beach. In flight already determined by their very small size and overall grayish coloration. When perched, unmistakable, with a distinctly patterend black-and-white head and yellow-and-black bill. Photographed. One immature and nine adults.
