Very large birds soaring over shoreline. Appeared mostly black with stark white chest and head, believed to all be juveniles. Long slender bill; deeply forked tail that would flare out, but most often tail was held together in a streamlined manner. Long wings held very still, only flapped every once in a while. Pictures attached.
