Female carrying nest material

Two females (perhaps a juvenile?) and a male observed. One of the females was carrying material for nest-building, while the other was hunting. The male kept on flying around, exhibiting a courtship display. The pair stayed around the same area for the whole morning, which is probably their nesting territory.
