As indicated in the general comments, on the Road Side at Thanpuran Kunnu, there are bamboo thickets. These birds were heard making a racket. Photographs have been obtained and are being uploaded separately. Wynaad Laughing Thrushes have been recorded from nearby localities in Nelliyampathy and elsewhere in these hills.
