eagle was at the top of a tree. Later I saw it attacking a great blue heron in the air!! The heron fought back, but eventually they both ended up on the ground in a field. They had a standoff for several minutes, but I had to leave before seeing the outcome. I didn't really want to see the heron be killed, so I'm sort of glad I left. Thinking this could be one of the Savoy eagles
