Perched with right leg retracted on a pole along Division near P9. I initially assumed RTHA but got a few pics then responded to a call from friends spotting another hawk. I wish I stayed on this one until after it flew. After reviewing photos later, the breast and belly are much paler and lightly streaked than any RTHA I've seen, but I suppose this could be another one of the infinite variations in RTHA plumage. My alternate guess is Broad-winged Hawk.
