Plumage entirely adult as far as I could tell (edit: there's about three dark covert tips visible so maybe not entirely). A good contender for a hybrid Caspian x herring imo: Caspian-like greenish-yellow bill (colour identical to the 3rd cycle Casp next to it) but gonys just a bit deeper in direct comparison and head a bit rounder, more herring-like, with a notably pale iris (which isn't impossible for Casp of course). Shows a Caspian-like scarf from the side, but there's thin streaking around the eye reaching to the hindcrown, connecting to the scarf. Legs flesh-coloured. Failed to get flight shots or any pictures of the spread wing, sadly.
