One aberrant alternate plumage adult. Fresh-looking bright rufous feathering on back and wings, rufous and gray head, solid black patch on white belly, flecked breast with slight rufous coloring at breast/shoulders. Black legs, long droopy black bill. Head tucked for over 45 mins, then brief look before it took off with other Dunlin. Distant, low light pics.
