Continuing, I believe it showed up around 5:00. Lifer! Great views as it worked along the posts by the fence line, then came down to the ground to get some worms. It then perched on a post for a while, where I got it in the scope and was able to show a couple younger golfers the bird. What a unique species, and my second European bird this week. After maybe 15 minutes, it flew overhead to the northeast.
