Seen well. Eyering, grey-ish hood, olive above, yellow bellow (surprisingly bright), throat white-ish buff. Found it to the left of the trail 36.035588,-79.045993, flew away after two minutes, perching briefly in the open. Showed up WALKING on the ground a couple more times to rather right of the trail. Also seen the long undertail coverts (i.e., the long ass). Pics incoming.
