Silent and exhibiting typical flycatcher behavior, came back to bare perch on top of tree to eat its meal. Very brushy streaky breast and overall large head / tail size led to Phoebe ID. Spotted with naked eye on top of tree, had time to get out my binoculars and watch for a while and get an ok photo. Just visiting and flew away after about 5-10 minutes.
